Authorities in Manchester look over a pick up truck in which a victim was reported trapped under, Friday, Sept. 28, 2012, on in a industrial area off of North Main Street in Manchester. The incident happened just before 3:30 pm, the Eighth Utilities Fire Department with additional help from Manchester Fire, Rescue and EMS responded. The victim was removed before the additional equipment arrived and was dismissed en route.
