Enfield  Capt. Fred Hall, rear, looks on as two of his men move into position, the officer in front holding a Taser, moments later, the suspect held up in this home was taken down by Enfield Police using a Taser, Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012. on Elm Street in Enfield. The incident started just before 12:30 and ended just after 3:30 at 368 Elm Street, a short distance from the Police station. Police were in position when the suspect came out of a rear door just far enough for them to use a Taser to subdue him, Enfield Police Chief  Carl Sferrazza said. The suspect was held up in the house claiming to have a knife but he was not carrying a knife when police apprehended him, Sferrazza said. The man was taken to the hospital for observation.
